My Nourish Mentor is a six-month, small group coaching program centering on four core areas: sound nutrition, eco-clean eating, being mindful around meals and getting comfortable in the kitchen. The approach uses a combination of learning, experience and personal guidance to help people change their relationship with food for good.
A Strong Start. When you sign up with My Nourish Mentor, you’ll become part of a small group. Within the first seven days, you’ll receive your welcome packet with:
- an organizational binder
- an orientation to the program
- your own personal My Nourish Mentor journal
- a brief questionnaire to help us gauge where you are and where you want to be
- and other tools and goodies to get you started
Staying on Track. Each week, your materials–a mix of readings, exercises, videos and recipes–will be available for download on the website. During the week, you’ll interact with your group in the private Group Forum and, for those in groups with the weekly call option, we’ll come together once a week for a 30-minute conference call where I’ll lead you through that session’s lessons and discuss “a-ha’s” and pitfalls.
Seeing Results. You can share wins and woes with other group members in the private forum area on the My Nourish Mentor website. You’ll also be tracking your progress each week both in your journal and, periodically, on the My Nourish Mentor Wellness Wheel, since it helps us all to see where we are on the journey.
